There are many Real Estate Gurus teaching or should I say NOT TEACHING since they typically send someone in their place to teach their systems. Many systems offered by Gurus cost a few thousand initially and can increase thousands more with up-selling tactics at trainings. It is absolutley ridiculous!!! I do not believe it to be good business practice. You should not be sold more expensive products after you spend thousands for something that already offers RICHES! This will give you long lasting knowledge so you won't ever be subject to the rediculous tactics of Gurus. After 20 years of being on a quest for riches, I have reviewed and been a subject for dozens of products offered by Gurus. I have overpaid and even been scammed into buying products. In my experience I discovered a couple of things: 1) Whether you pay 20 dollars or 20 thousand dollars for a product, you will never get any value unless you study it and apply it. 2) You don't have to max out your credit cards or dip into your savings account in order to buy a system to make you wealthy.
